These terms apply to the website positiv-systems.top and to the services of Positiv Systems, an online advertising agency based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

1. Services

We plan, set up and manage online advertising (Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO and analytics) for our clients. The scope, price and term of each engagement are agreed individually in a written offer or contract. Information on this website, including prices, is for reference only and is not a public offer.

2. Advertising budget

Our fee covers the work of our specialists. The advertising budget is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta and others) unless agreed otherwise.

3. Access to advertising accounts

Clients grant us access to their advertising accounts by linking them to our Google Ads manager account or by other means provided by the platforms. Changes to budgets and campaigns are made in line with the agreed plan; the client can review the account at any time and may revoke our access at any time.

4. Our tool “Positiv Ads”

Our internal tool connects to the Google Ads API to prepare reports and apply approved changes. It is used only by our staff; clients and third parties are not given access to it.

5. Results and liability

We apply professional care, but advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific results (number of leads, sales or positions). Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant month of service, except where the law does not allow such limitation.

6. Personal data

We process personal data according to our Privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Sofia.
