  • Client data. For clients we store company details, contact persons and contract information needed to provide our services.
  • Google Ads data. With your permission, our tool accesses Google Ads accounts linked to our manager account: campaign settings and performance statistics (impressions, clicks, costs, conversions).
  • Website. This website does not use a database, forms, or analytics/advertising cookies. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare may process technical data (IP address, browser type) in server logs for security purposes.

2. How we use data

  • to answer your enquiries and prepare offers;
  • to plan, run and report on advertising campaigns for our clients;
  • to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Legal bases (GDPR, Art. 6): performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.

3. Google user data

Our application “Positiv Ads” uses the Google Ads API with the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. We use Google user data only to view and manage the Google Ads accounts that the account owner has authorised, and to prepare reports for that owner.

  • We do not sell Google user data and do not transfer it to third parties, except as needed to provide the service or required by law.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling or training of general-purpose AI models.
  • Data is stored on our own server in the EU with restricted access; authorisation tokens are kept in files readable only by the service account.
  • You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and retention

We keep client and contract data for as long as the contract lasts and afterwards for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law. Advertising reports are kept for up to 3 years. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
